The IQA is thrilled to officially announce the five NGBs selected to participate in the first edition of the Boost Up Contest — our newest initiative to empower emerging quadball communities around the world.
After a thoughtful review of all applications, we proudly welcome the following NGBs to the contest:
This week, each of these NGBs will receive a $30 USD grant to kick off their participation by boosting their presence on social media and promoting quadball within their communities.
What’s Expected from the Participants?
From now to August, these five NGBs will be working on a series of local initiatives aimed at growing and strengthening their national quadball scenes. Their projects may include:
- Hosting local tournaments and scrimmages
- Organizing “Come and Try” events
- Engaging new players and audiences
- Building awareness and excitement around the sport
Each action they take will earn points toward the final evaluation. At the end of the contest, the top-performing NGB will receive a $250 USD grand prize to continue investing in their growth.
