Brenda Flores said: “I’m honored to have been re-elected as Chair of the IQA. Serving as the first Latina in this role continues to be a privilege I hold with pride. This year, I’m taking academic courses in nonprofit leadership and governance to better serve the Board and help build the strategic plan our organization needs.
I’m especially excited to welcome new trustees, some from outside the quadball community, who bring fresh perspectives and a strong commitment to our mission. I can’t wait to see all that we can achieve together.
To all members of the IQA: we’re here to listen, to improve, and to keep growing, together.”
“The IQA’s strength lies in its people—those who give their time, energy, and vision to build a more inclusive and sustainable future for quadball worldwide. I’m excited to work alongside this talented and diverse Board of Trustees as we deepen our commitment to transparency, equity, and global growth. Together, we’ll focus on supporting national governing bodies, strengthening athlete pathways, and ensuring our sport remains a safe and welcoming space for all”, said Bobby Click, Executive Director.
The Board of Trustees is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the IQA and holds ultimate authority over the organization’s policies, business, and overall development, ensuring that all decisions align with the IQA’s mission and values.
